You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eComicUni, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eComicUni is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction in which eComicUni is based.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and eComicUni regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
